Requires Harmony, Prepatcher, or any other mod providing Harmony - Prepatcher recommended.
The mod is designed slightly different for depending if you're using normal Harmony or Prepatcher. It will work best with Prepatcher - it's the less error-prone version as it allowed for much simpler implementation of this mod, and it should work a tiny bit faster as well.
The idea behind the mod is rather simple - it adds a single checkbox in the relations tab of your pawns that determines if they can date others or not. Only player pawns can be controlled that way - non-player pawns won't have that option. If the option is disabled it will prevent those specific pawns from entering relationships with other pawns.*
This mod was created with Psychology in mind - if it's present it should still get affected by patches made by this mod.
Includes built-in multiplayer compatibility.
*Please note, this may not always work. This purely depends on how mods handle relationship forming. However, this should work with vanilla game, Psychology, and any mods that follow vanilla romance checks.
