Protect your colony from unfair raid spawns!
Description
Ever been frustrated by raids that spawn right next to your base? This mod changes raid behavior! Enemies will no longer spawn at your walls — instead, they'll come from other, fairer locations on the map.
The mod analyzes your building layout and blocks raid spawns near your base, redirecting them to a safe distance.
Features
- Smart raid blocking - Automatically detects your base boundaries and blocks nearby spawns
- Automatic raid redirection - If a spawn point is blocked, raids come from another direction
- Softlock protection - Won't block the last available spawn points (raids will still come)
- Visual overlay - Shows blocked and valid spawn zones on the map
- Configurable settings - All parameters adjustable in mod settings
- Debug info - Toggleable text overlay for testing
- Compatibility - Works with all raid arrival types
How to Use
- Enable the mod in the Mods menu and restart the game
- Load a save or start a new game
- Build a base
- Toggle the overlay via the button in the bottom-right UI bar
- Enjoy fairer raids!

Technical Details
- Load Order: After Harmony

FAQ
Save compatible? - Yes, safe to add/remove mid-save
Does it block all raids? - Only edge spawns near your base. Drop pods and special raids are not affected
Where do I configure settings? - Mod Settings → BetterPages → Raid Blocking Settings
Can I manually paint blocked zones? - Not yet, but it's definitely planned!
Why isn't blocking working? - Check if you have minimum buildings in your base area (configurable in settings)
Will this break quests? - No, only affects spawn location, not raid composition or points
Performance impact? - Minimal, caches update every 250-600 ticks
