BBM-3840 "Black box miniature"

A smaller and more lightweight version of BB-4340. Here are all the differences listed: General specifications: 38.7k -> 23.3k mass (-40%) 27x32x35 (30240 blocks area) -> 16x33x35 (18480 blocks area) (-39%) $258k -> $79k cost (-70%) 4340sW/s -> 3840sW/s (-11.5%) + fully self sustained (both) + keeps itself running on just one small battery (both) 34s to first power, 43s to max power -> 74s to first power, 81s to max power (would be nearly the same without boost rods in BB-4340) + easy to use (both) + can run indefinitely literally anywhere (using boost mode is recommended for some scenarios): in space, on the arctic ocean floor, on the ground, etc. (both) cannot be moved by tsunamis -> can actually be moved!! startup without power production mode for noise reduction (removed on BBM-3840) + customizable homemade reactor control MC for more safety or compatibility (both, BBM-3840 uses a smaller version of it) acts as a counterweight for whatever you put it on -> doesn't affect weight a lot Reactor specifications: [C][F][F][F][C] [C][F][F][F][C] (both) BB-4340 used space-inefficient reactor attachment blocks and used a crankshaft to transport torque to 3 large generators, whereas BBM-3840 uses more compact linear reactor attachment blocks, each utilizing a medium generator (which is the reason for lower power generation, even though both versions run on 12 turbines) Feel free to use this reactor in your builds without credit, however if you make your own nuclear reactor using my reactor control MC, please credit me (i worked hard improving it for a while :D)
