(alt history using made up nations of Snow rebellion and the Sand Empire) Designed in 1925 it is a semi biplane while being a float plane. It was made by the Snow Rebellion to transport supplies from the main land to destroyers and subs. One issue that came up was the engines being underpowered for the water take off unless then remove the generators or take off in more extream weather. After the war ended in a SR victory the plane became used in more SAR roles too but from how big it is it isnt perfect for those operations. It also is a push-pull plane to get more power and carry more. One flaw is that the landing wheels tend to get damaged in takeoff and landing and it needs a full runway to take off in no wind on land
