Adds a building that auto processes materials into different types of glass.

I adjusted the recipes to be slightly more efficient, there is no need to keep a pawn manually melting for a base made of glass.
Changed the recipes a bit, thought it would be too crowded if I added all the recipes, replaced tinted for dye. Sorry about that.
Requires advanced glass research.
Tried in processer framework, didn't work with 2 different ingedients, so I switched to VEF, harder to do a bit, but it worked, sadly it required same amount of materials on the same workshop, so I added a bit of Steel.
