Adds a German translation to the mod "Choose Your Medicine" from Kopp.
Fügt der Mod "Choose Your Medicine" von Kopp eine deutsche Übersetzung hinzu.
Nachdem mich nun mehrere Leute angesprochen haben, ob ich eine Seite hätte auf der mir man etwas "zurückgeben" könnte in Form eines Kaffee´s oder besser noch einer Fritzcola :P Habe ich mir nun einen Ko-fi Account erstellt:
