There is no fundamental changes, besides replacing code and updating drug tags.

Fixed the bug where Survivalist Honeypots caused caravans to not spawn.
By, Adding Honeypot mercs, traders, and scavengers, into the rest of the factions.
The caravans that contain honeypots also carry honey on them.
Fixed Requirements to run the mod, to add HAR lol.
