The LB9 lifeboat is the standard model lifeboat fitted aboard most Alantian civilian ships and is designed to be as small and practical as possible. the lifeboat is designed to be rail launched using rocket motors. it is all electric and turns using split throttle propeller control. it can carry 9 crew including driver and carries a small amount of equipment for its crew
