Vaxed Realistic Ressurect Gene

And one time I thought that's +- TWO YEARS of cooldown of ressurection is kinda... Oh, man, that's sucks!
So, this mode add new variant of ressurection gene and ability with +- one quadrum cooldown. It's still rarely, so I don't see any troubles with balance.
