The Reaper Unit is First seen during the colony wars fighting along side Terra Space Corps and used by Terra High Command as the go to Unit to handle Classified Operations and Guarding Black-sites vanished after the war was over
now has made appearance as a Merc Force working with Corporations and governments as hit men and assassins for the highest bitter unlike there Death Squad Counter parts.
Vanilla Expanded Framework is required for the Built in shield for the Reaper armor

CE: Yes !!!!!READ ME!!!!! To use the Weapons with CE just move the file that's in the "Weapon CE patch" folder to the normal Patch folder if you use Rimply it makes it 10x easier to do.

balancing is based off my play style ie; No cringe Killzones, barely any turrets, overall more micro mange/RTSish combat than hiding behind defenses and 500% diff spike
if some of the item are unbalanced in your opinion they shouldn't be or underwhelming feel free to tell me but don't want to wait for a response then character editor can help with that for quick and perm fixes
