This scenario is supposed to be utilized alongside Prepare Carefully, Character Editor, or some other mod of the sort, as the scenario settings are... Well, they're as empty as I could get them. Some singular person stands in an open field, ready to begin a brand new colony all on their own. Good luck! (You could also use this as a "seed" for scenario-making.)
