This gene does nothing except allowing you to take the change size gene without forcing your pawn to be bigger or smaller than a baseliner.
New Ability!

The meat of this mod! Allows carriers of this gene to grow or shrink!
Offset Genes!
If you took Change Size and a frame bigger than Nisse, you shouldn't have to pay that much for Change Size, so here's a discount. (Always take an offset, otherwise Change Size may not work.)
Maximum Size!
Adds a cap to how big the carriers of this gene can grow.
Minimum Size!
Adds a limit to how small the carriers of this gene can shrink.
Skip Size
When growing or shrinking, the carriers of these genes will skip the size these genes represent.
