Original mod notes (1.3):
An ultra-tech lance weapon. Fires a single shot of extremaly unstable plasma, dealing deadly damage and causing a small explosion around the impact point. Has long recharge time due to possible overheating.
Adds a new rare ultra-tech weapon. Can be obtained from quests, or crafted with Exotic Engram if Exotic Arsenal (Continued) is installed.

Cooldown: 7.5 sec
Warmup: 5.0 sec
Range: 50
Explosion Radius: 3
Damage 70 - Damage Type: Fire
