Blindsight+Melee_Patch

IMPORTANT (kinda): The 1.5 version uses "[i]Blindsight - unified[/i]", by SpenceZilla, and the dependencies have been updated to reflect this. That being said, 1.4 still uses the original "[i]Blindsight - Truesight[/i]". I've assumed [i]Blindsight - Truesight[/i] won't get updated, so someone drop a raid on my house if that turns out to be incorrect, so I can fix this patch. And no, I'm not gonna update the names in the description. Because I'm lazy, and think it's funnier this way. [hr] A patch to add cross-functionality between "Blindsight - Truesight" (By Lhoxris) and "Supreme Melee" (Original by CHJees, here using the continued verison by Mlie). Now your blind Jedi-pawns can deflect bullets too. All it really does is offset supreme melee's sight related debuffs, by buffing the stats according to the level of blindsight. Similarly to the other buffs offered by Blindsight - Truesight, It fully offsets the loss of sight at blindsight level 4, and buffs to above baseline at levels 5-6. Cobbled the patch together for my own colony, but I figured others might have a use for it as well. Should either mod decide to add the cross-compatibility themselves, I'll probably take this down due to redundancy.
