Description

A Vehicle and Passenger Ferry based on the Calmac LNG Capable, slightly infamous, MV Glen Sannox ferry operating on the West Coast of Scotland. StormLink capable.

August 2025 - Update

  • Added - Automatic emergency lighting (Red lights come on when breaker power is off)
  • Added - Manual emergency lighting (use General Alarm switch on bridge aft bulkhead)
  • Added - Local Steering control at Steering Gear Flat in machinery space.
  • Fixed - Power not linked to machinery space lighting.
  • Fixed - Power not linked to Bridge Air Conditioning panel repeater.
  • Changed - Main Engine generators output now set by keypad for accuracy.

Instructions

Power and Propulsion Systems Operation (To Start):

  • Go to Engine Control Room on lower deck.
  • Turn on either Generator 1 or 2 (or both, monitor fuel balance if 1 only).
  • Turn on Bow Thruster if required
  • For Main Engines, turn on both Main Engine Generators (set at 0.74 to maintain service speed, or 0.82 for top speed)
  • Go to Bridge
  • Take Bridge Control on main bridge panel
