Menial Skill (Cleaning and Hauling)
Adds a "Menial" skill for Cleaning and Hauling, which speed up or slow down cleaning speed and movement speed based on the skill level.
I was always disappointed that Cleaning and Hauling never gave XP to any skill, because there wasn't one that governed it, so I made one.
--- New Skill: "Menial"---
Each pawn will now have a Menial skill which represents their ability to do "Dumb Labor" such as Cleaning and Hauling. The Menial skill directly influences Cleaning Speed and Movement Speed (which translates to Hauling speed):
- At Level 0, Cleaning Speed is only 4% and Movement Speed is 92%
- At Level 8, Cleaning Speed and Movement Speed are both at 100%.
- At Level 20, Cleaning Speed is 244% and Movement Speed is 112%
Vanilla backstories have been updated so that certain backstories relating to manual labor will now give the pawn a bonus to their Menial skill when the pawn is generated.
New pawns also have a chance to be passionate about Menial labor, increasing their XP efficiency.

[b]- Trash Bags:[/b] These items are dropped by enemies and may occasionally be found when certain items are destroyed.
[b]- Trash Can:[/b] This object can be built using Wood or Metals. Build this object from your Misc tab to remove Trash Bags from your base (don't forget to set a Bill on the Trash Can). This earns Menial XP for the pawn who took out the trash. (This is considered a Hauling job)
--- How to earn Menial XP ---
Earn XP in the skill by:
(1) Building a Trash Can (from Misc tab). Once built, create a Bill on the Trash Can so your pawns can remove trash bags from the base
(2) making stone blocks
(3) extracting metal from steel slag
(4) destroying weapons, apparel or drugs (using Bills at Campfire or Smelter)
(5) making Chemfuel from wood or organics (from Biofuel Refinery)
(6) cremating corpses
