[B.E.P Util]Small Race Prisoners Carry Food Fix
This mod fixes the problem of food not being delivered when a low hunger race is made a prisoner.
In the vanilla process, a fixed value was used in one of the comparisons to determine whether or not to feed a prisoner, and when a race with a maximum hunger value of 0.5 or less, which was added in the Alien Race, became a prisoner, meals were not automatically rationed, and even when rationing was ordered manually, there was a problem.
This mod provides a patch to slightly loosen these conditions and fixes the problem of meals not being delivered to prisoners of the race that was causing the problem.
