Adds a winged HAR race with flight ability, and a corresponding hostile faction.
This race has its own body type, race-specific apparel, non-race-specific weapons, and a small non-race-specific tech tree intended for future expansion.
Hostile crowjus will actively use their flight ability, but this behaviour can be turned off in mod settings. There's also a destructive harmony patch for apparel layer altering that can turn off if it presents a trouble.
At the moment only female crowjus should spawn.
