[1.5] shorter lending and hospitality quests
Dirty XML mod that makes lending and hospitality quests shorter.
3-5 days for all hospitality quests, except the short 0-1 day hospitality quests.
2-3 days for all lending quests.
Changes the reward multiplier from
$($lodgersCount * $lodgerRewardFactor * ($shuttleDelayTicks / 60000))
to
$($lodgersCount * $lodgerRewardFactor * ($shuttleDelayTicks * 10 / 60000))
to compensate for the reduction in the shuttledelay multiplier.
Also sets colonist lending quests to max 20% for the colony for all star quests.
Multiply reward score for lending quests by 40.
Giga op.
Royalty required as i assume all the quests are from there.
