Turbo mod

- actually working turbo (finally)
- changes torque based on fluid viscosity and pressure
- changes max rps based on flow rate
- use with an impeller pump to make a realistic turbocharger for modular engines
instructions
manual installation is no longer needed as i changed the folder structure so the mod can be activated same way as the old mods but if you want to manualy install the mod you still can.
manual installation:
1. subscribe to mod
2. go to \steamapps\workshop\content\573090\3520488023\data\components
3. copy turbo.bin
4. paste turbo.bin to \steamapps\common\Stormworks\rom\data\components
5. enjoy.
Here is a different take on making a turbocharger someone else made it is more stable and more importantly rolls coal but mine is more versetile.

added functions to smooth out the turbo rps out put so it doesn't bounce between like 5 and 60 rps constantly.
Mod now includes 3 variants numbered 1-3 1 is weakest and hardest to spool and 3 is strongest and 2 is somewhere in the middle.
