Manually operated tornado siren
Bullets for some information:
1. Turning the crank makes it spin and activate
2. You must keep it held down for it to operate
3. There is a button for keeping it held down, it must be spinning during this time, either by very quickly pressing the button or using the opposite button(q instead of e, e instead of q) to press it
4. You can mess with the gear ratios to get a better spin speed for you, and it must be placed in addon editor, on static for it to work.
Currently you need to hold the crank in order to spin it, ill fix it sometime.
