Buffs Alpha Genes' wings to make them an actual alternative to jump packs.
So, when compared to a jump pack, wings have:
+ infinite charges
+ Don't occupy any apparel slots
- Lower jump range
- Reduce metabollic efficiency
- Cannot be used immidiately after landing
full list of changes:
* Metabollic efficiency is now -4.
* Complexity is now 5.
* Cooldown is now 350 ticks (Pawns have to stay on the ground after landing for a few seconds. Can be shot with most weapons in that time.).
* Range is now 16 tiles.
For comparision - Jump Pack range spans between 18 (awful) and 30 (legendary) tiles.
