Estiva's clothing restoration
Duplicate every clothing and armor as a restored version. The restored version costs 33% of the original. It's a way to recycle raiders stuffs.

What if all that damaged or soiled clothes could have a second life? Come on!
Here are the mathematical rules applied for restored versions compared to the originals:
- MaxHitPoints -33%
- WorkToMake -50%
- StuffCost -66%
- Effectiveness of armor and technical items -10%
## Caution /!\
- The in-game feature to undress bodies before burning them are now activated!
- Because we can't filter the clothes to be recycled, remember to lock up your valuables clothing in an armory, and leave soiled clothing accessible. Tips: you can SUSPENDED your restoration bill when you're not ready.
