Adds bone mosaic tile if both mods are present.
Pretty much just this. I run Dubs Bad Hygiene, and since I went ahead and added tiles to the Bone mod I made, I figured I should make a little patch to add the bone mosaic tile since it was easier this way. Or maybe it's not, I dunno. I found it easier this way though :P
