Changes the cost of, and work required to craft 155mm shells
This patch requires Combat Extended and Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Security
Just thought the time to craft, and resources required to craft the 155mm shell we're a bit ridiculous. Hopefully giving a reason to use them over the 81mm shells.
I might mess around with the values if I find it to be too strong.
