This mod adds a ce only armour to the game: the scout armour
it is made to be a middleground between full power armour and bulletproof vests
it covers torso, arms, hands and neck, it is lighter than power armour and armour vests
but it needs half the resources for recon armour, whilst offering slightly less protection
and less buffs, no movement buff as the armour doesnt cover the legs. comes with an integrated
tactical vest for all your loadcarrying needs.
this is my first mod, and i made this for my own playthrough, but i wanted others to enjoy this too
