A very simple mod - add Metal Horror Detector, exactly same as Proximity Detector but only detect any pawn who has Metal Horror Implantation as a hediff.
It will give you red alert if any pawn who is infected to Metal Horror get into the radius.
You have to complete a new Research on Anomaly tab called "metal horror detection". It is an advanced research and need to complete researches up to Serum Synthesis.
If you want to low level, lower radius detector for such as medieval mod, please kindly let me know by comment.
