Meet Billy, a boat that recently got recommisioned after sitting in the scrapyard for ages. Its been used as paint storage so the deck isnt in its greatest state.
It used to be a powerful crane boat but it got forgotten.
Its been fit with a simple crane.
It does about 44 kph with a fuel consumption of 0.5 per second.
Its just an allround boat that works well.
