Environment Mood Balanced
An update based on the work of Tree42, a simple mod that lessens the role of how the environment around pawns plays too much of a factor in their mood. The original creator did not seem interested in updating the mod so I took the honor of continuing his work.

+/- 5 Beautiful/Ugly
