Author(s) : LeoCraft17adds a Realistic foghorn wich DOES NOT Replace Vanilla Foghorn's. (Horn Request? please let me know in the comments if possible with the effect link to youtube)
Whistles CAN be Pitched up or down but the Preview button will still play the default whistle sound so keep that in mind

i forgot the dixie was a meme thing i implemented i just fixed it and it should be good again without replacing the vanilla horn now
