Basicly its not really a "Tank" but it does have special cockpits with glass domes.
How it sails:
Its a very slow boat, but is very stable in rough seas due to the addition of a Keel on the bottom.
Special Abilitys:
It has a reserve air supply for the engine (It doesn't really work) and an air cut-off in case the mast -which the air intake is located- gets submerged underwater to stop the engine Hydrolocking.
