Changes raccoons to be useful pets. Who doesn't want to get nuzzles from a trash panda?
Raccoons have been modified to have the same use as cats in that they now nuzzle colonists.
In the base game the nuzzle interval for cats is 12 hours, the interval for raccoons is set to 8 hours in this mod.
Filth rate and wildness are also set to the same values as cats.
Also added raccoons to the pets category for traders.
