Adds a simple fuse box that will handle any surges in the connected power grid.
Please note that this is my first time doing something like this so it might not work as expected, report any issues in the comments and i will try to fix them. I more features are expected to be added in the future.

- The fusebox will now be needed to switched back on before mitigating another surge, it should also not work when broken down
