Neclose Race Fix (OBSOLETE)
I think there's something wrong between XML Extension and Neclose Race, causing the Neclose to be headless, whatever it is, I think I fixed it at least for me.
Also, when I loaded just Neclose race only with the required mods, her hair is always transparent with the hair color being set to (0,0,0,0). I removed "HairColor" tags under "blackGeneTags" and "blackEndoCategories" which somehow fixed it for me at least. I checked her other race "Chaoura" and it has the same "HairColor" tags but no transparent hair issues so I don't really know how it fixed it for Neclose but oh well.

***It seems Neclose aren't bald anymore in my case without my mod but I'll keep the mod up in case anyone still needs it.***
