ThisSchooner functions as a yacht. With it´s Rigging it is Possible to sail on close Hauled Courses of about 5°-10° to the Wind with a reasonable Speed.
Startup Procedure Sailing:
- Position the Sails with the Throttle levers on the Right side of the Helm.
-Sett Sails by aktivating the flip switches in the top right of the Helm.
Startup Procedure Engine:
-Turn the Key (Motorzuendung) on the left side of the Helm.
-Set the Throttle on the left Side (Motordrossel) and on the right side (Antrieb Kupplung) to 1.
-Aktivate the Flip Switch Motorkupplung in th top left.
(-If the Engine starter fils, the engine can be startet by aktivating the flip switch Motornotstarter in the top left.)
Warning:
-This Ship is work in Progress, so many things still have Issues or are overcompicated.
-this Ship is not very stable. it can easily capsize in a Storm
-A Gearswitch into higher Gears does not bring higher speeds.
Be Aware, Inscriptions on this Ship are in German.
