in Case someone preferes the original version of the Calima 4 Mast Bark. The updated Version is also available in the Workshop. Calima is a 4 masted Cargo Barque. The two Cargoholds are located before and after the Engine Room. Startup Procedure Sailing: -Press the Toggle Button Nautische Systeme underneath the Radarsystem in the Deckhouse (aktivates Power for Systems in this Room) -Check If toggle Button Segelbetrieb/Ruder System in the Back of the Engine Room is activated (Power for Sails and Rudder) - Position and set Sails with the Toggle Buttons anf flip Switches in the Deckhouse Startup Procedure Mashine: -Press the toggle Buttons (Maschinenraum Stromversorgung) and (Antriebssystem) in the Back of the Engine Room -Set throttle to 1 and press the Buttons at the Controll-Stations infront of the Port and Starbord Engines - Set Cluth and throttle to the desires Positions at the left and right side of the Helm Warning: -This Ship is work in Progress, so many things still have Issues or are overcompicated. - Bevore Setting off, it is recommended to lower the Cargo Cranes to reduce Movement and enhance the Performance of the Ship. to do that, pressthe toggle Buttons Ladebaum Winkel verringern at the Controll stations at the second and last Masts untill the Cranes stopped securily on deck. -The Ship uses a flawed Diesel-Electric System, which has the Issue, that the Engines can´t keep up with the Energy Demand of the Electric Engine. -The Engines can overheet and explode, if used for to long at a time - The Ship reaches it´s highest Speeds in the area of Wind from 90° Port to 90° Starbord with good Caracteristics with wind from behind. -The Ship´s Rigging is not optimal for Close hauled Courses, resulting in low Speed on these courses Be Aware, Inscriptions on this Ship are in German Sources of Components: -The utilized Radar System is the NJ EXAMPLE LUA RADAR (NEW RADARS) from MrNJersey -The Cource Keeping System is the GPS Autopilot from Craig P
