A primitive replacement for the (now privated) All Female Pawns mod. It adds a female gene from Alpha Genes to every loaded xenotype (including baseliner), effectively turning every newly generated character into a woman. The downside of doing that is that it completely stops random relations from being generated.

You probably also want a mod that makes most people bisexual, such as:
[SYR] Individuality (with the right settings) or
Everyone is Queer.

And a mod that allows same-sex reproduction, such as:
Child Birth Prayer,
Samesex IVF and/or
SafeJobWorld.
