A challenging scenario that puts you into the shoes of someone escaping a dystopian corporatocracy planet. I hope you enjoy! -- BACKSTORY: Your home planet has become a full blown corporatocracy. The citizens live in the shadows of skyscrapers owned by the elite class. A layer of smog covers the planet. The bodies of protesters line the streets, left there by corporate-funded police. An extensive surveillance system ensures that any escape attempts are swiftly shut down. But you got lucky. Already working as an officer in the Federal Terrorism Task Force, you stole a keycard that gave access to a spacecraft fast enough to get you off the planet. The spacecraft was protected by facial scanning technology, which is why you brought a kit to rewire the telemetry box. A mistake sets you back a whole minute, and you barely lift off the ground before police start firing at the spacecraft. The planet starts to become a small orb in your rear view, but you knew it wouldn't be long before the targeted missile system finds you. The last thing you remember is slamming the ejection button moments before a loud explosion. -- GAME RULES: Your faction will be a New Arrivals. Start with 1 person.
