This mod adds biltong as a dried meat travel ration to the game. Biltong is prepared at either a Butcher Spot, or the Butcher Table. It is not cooked, but dried there.
I made the [b]Biltong[/b] mod primarily to use up all the little scraps of meat that are fast-approaching their expiry. Unlike plant-based food, which one can plan ahead for so as to not end up with odd amounts left over after cooking; meat is harvested whenever an animal is butchered, and the amount can vary, based on the workstation, and skill of the pawn butchering, which often results in odd leftovers.
But yeah, biltong makes for nice little snacks, or travel rations that won't fill a pawn's stomach, but at least can stave off starvation. Will also give a small mood buff (+5) coz it's "smooth and spicy!"
