Short Duplicator Obelisk Timer
A really small patch that shortens the cooldown timer for interacting with the Duplicator Obelisk from 30 days to 1 day.
Made for a clone focused colony I wanted to play, obviously won't be too balanced.
I don't think there's any issues with it but let me know if something's broken.
