Lobotomised people can create art, perform surgeries, clean, haul and manage animals. But hitting a wall with a rock is too much for them? Fixes this annoying oversight.
Also adjusted to work with Ogliss' adopted quarry mod, because yes this was just so I can lobotomise my slave miners
1.6 - should now also work with 'Quarry (1.6 Temp)' from DawnsGlow since the Ogliss one isnt updated yet
