This mod is one entry in a series themed around the motifs of *moon × roses × rabbits*.
It also draws inspiration from *The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter*.
In this mod, you’ll encounter the “Bonbunny,” a rabbit that produces mysterious rose nectar, along with various related items.

About Bonbunnies

Bonbunnies are rabbits selectively bred to be resistant to the cold.
They produce rose nectar that hardens into candy-like crystals, as well as cold‑resistant fur.

Their fur is rough and tangled at first, but with a bit of work you can clean it, removing the entwined leaves and turning it into high‑quality wool.
The removed leaves can also be used as herbs or cooking ingredients.

There are currently **eight types of Bonbunnies**!

Among them, only the red, green, and yellow variants can be found in the wild.
The others can be obtained by evolving the White Rose variant.

Bonbunnies do not reproduce through breeding, but by planting bamboo you can harvest baby rabbits carrying white roses.

If they become too numerous, you can return them to the moon, and in exchange you’ll receive a thank‑you carrot.

These thank‑you carrots are a favorite treat of Bonbunnies and grant them various buffs.
(They can be given to all variants, not just White Rose!)

White baby rabbits can transform into many different Bonbunny types.
This transformation is irreversible—they cannot return to the White Rose form.

Evolution requires “Essence,” and some variants have special additional conditions.
Two variants, Lunarose and Chocolat, become available as evolution options once the White Rose’s innate trait, **Pure White Rose Love**, reaches its maximum.
(The Chocolat variant requires an additional special item.)

Pure White Rose Love increases when given thank‑you carrots, but it also rises slowly over time.
The innocent little white rabbit can’t do much at first, but surely it will become useful to your colony someday.

Bonbunny Production Items
Bonbunny Fur: Comes in white and black. Highly cold‑resistant. Cleaning it removes tangled leaves and improves its quality.
Bunny Herb: Obtained by cleaning Bonbunny fur. Used as a drug ingredient.
Bonbunny Nectar: Each variant produces nectar with different effects.
Bonbunny Horns: There are two types, but one can only be obtained from the Luna variant (a special evolution from White Rose).

Bamboo and the Planters Used to Grow It

Moonlight Bamboo (used to obtain White Rose Bonbunnies) can only be grown in hydroponics.
