Raider equipment quality adjustment
Allows the adjustment of hostile pawn equipment quality and the chance of them spawning with each equipment quality. This effects all equipment; utility items, armour, apparel and weapons. Has no effect on the equipment quality of allies.
It is not going to be updated to 1.5 by me because I don't use that yet. But if you want to make an update yourself you're free to.
