Sieges still use drop raids. To prevent sieges use the following mod: [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3390582451]this mod[/url]
To check if the mod is working:
Enable developer mode
Start a dev quicktest
Go to the dev menu, -> output, -> raid arrive mode -> pick any
The displayed drop rows should read 0% on all columns. If not, something is making this mod not work properly, or it's not loaded.
Will ikely not work on mods adding factions or otherwise adjusting drop raid settings
