In vanilla mood over 100 is essentially useless. This mod give your pawns consciousness bonus when their moods are higher than 100, up to 200.

Can be added into save, but you need to add Euphoria hediff to all existing pawns.
Can be safely removed with one time error.

I personally think stack a pawn's mood to 200 is harder than raising two pawns, so it is.
Add in mid-save
Pawn requires the "Euphoria" hidden hediff to get boost from extra mood.
You can add this hediff to all existing pawns by the following steps:
Enable DevMode
Open debug actions menu -> Show more actions -> Euphoria Mid-save Fix
