Adds in a playable Chimer race using Humanoid Alien Race Framework. Led by the prophet Veloth, tribes of dissident Aldmer sought a new life, in a new land. The Chimer closely resemble the Altmer, though their skin is comparatively darker, and their stature is closer to that of the Dunmer.
