End goal is to be a career focused cargo ship, possibly with fishing and or fuel transport capabilities.
Runs and drives, performs well in large waves at 65 throttle (too much throttle in big waves and was capsizing)
Steam system still needs tweaking but it runs. You will need to wait for steam system to fully spin up before engaging engines or youll kill the battery.
Interior is pretty much completely gutted so that needs done too.
Gantry and crane are basically done. need to hook up gantry and deck cargo controls/electric but its there.
Added rear remote turret controlled in wheelhouse for at least a small amount of defensive capability.
Moved steam system to very bottom of hull to help lower center of mass.
Reworked cockpit.
Need to fix gps system, it randomly broke and havent figure out why, so i swapped it to a waypoint system and discovered i hate navigating touch screens in game. Its on the to do list.
Reworked bottom floor to make sure all motors/fluid jets are accessible inside to repair. Its in the engineering section , down the stairs theres a hatch with a ladder.
Did a quick lighting pass on used interior floors.
Reworked steam system to increase generator output.
To do:
Figure out what to do with middle floor, its basically empty.
Fix GPS
Maybe shape hull a bit more? not sure it handles and looks ok.
Add ability to transfer diesel/electric to and from craft (refill)
Build tiny helicopter to put on tiny helicopter pad. Probably pure electric/limited range
Modify crane system to be modular so it can pick up things other than boxes (storing different attachments in oddly shaped "cargo" painted aread)
Build tiny vehicle that can be picked up by crane and transferred to dock to move cargo boxes in range for crane to load into vehicle. Probably pure electric. Store in one of oddly sized painted area on deck.
Look into fuel/oil transfer/ oil refining/ oil cleanup capabilities one day.
