Removes the "Whisperer Mask" style for the Ceremonial Hood.
This won't affect any hoods of that style that already exist in your game, but it should prevent any new hoods from being made in that style.
Incompatible with my other mod "Remove Dreadcap-style Ceremonial Hood" because, if you can believe it, the game doesn't like it when you remove both possible styles for an item and then try to make the item.
