This Tie Reaper is for Whacks carrier build challenge. Its made to dock on the top mounted rails. Its a imperial drop ship capable of dropping in 18 players to the fight quickly. It has altitude hold, autopilot, auto docking assist, drop mode for quick drop and goes, and is highly stabilized in VTOL operations. It is also armed with twin heavy auto cannons, and a pair of light auto cannon turrets with a dedicated gunner and pilot take over option. This ship is also mostly immune to small arms fire as well.
OPERATION: To turn it on. Flip the engine switch, its a on and off system. Then flip the VTOL switch to on. This will lock out the Forward engine so you don't blow out the landing gear. Then throttle up to 100%. From there use your Up/Down keys to set your altitude. Then just raise your gear and turn VTOL off to start forward flight.
DOCKING WITH WHACKS CARRIER: Its a laser guided system, so make sure you can see whacks docking rails. From there press your 2 key. A indicator will light up, and it will auto control your yaw and throttle. It will also adjust your trim. From there you control your pitch to gently touch down on the docking rails. The auto throttle should set you right above them. Tapping the pitch keys is recamended, because physics causes this aircraft to fly a heavy nose down attitude, and the rails want to be level to connect. It may take some practice, but is easy once you get it.
