Mech balance for CE
The mod does not work without CE.
Changes:
Pikeman: Massive accuracy increase and speed increase. 1 bandwidth
Scyther: Better melee stats and higher stab chance. 1 bandwidth
Lancer: slightly increased accuracy. 2 bandwidth
Tesseron: Graser completely changed to do extreme damage to single target instead of crowd control. 2 bandwidth
Centipede minigun and infernocannon bandwidth changed to 5, blaster to 6. All ultra heavy mechs 6 bandwidth
Centurion shield doubled
